VEL PLH Series Induction Heater is specially designed and manufactured for pipeline heating of pipe size Φ6-48” having a bandwidth of 100-400mm & upto 75mm thick to achieve temperature of 50-700ºC at the required heat rate of 1 to 50 ºC/min

:: All safety trips/ interlocks are incorporated including sensing the temperature of critical power components of the equipment

:: Inductors are specially designed keeping in mind the ease of operation required. The electrical insulation tested to withstand 1100V @ 250ºC. For temperatures upto 700°C special ceramic blanket / asbestos blankets are used. This insulation reduces the radiation loss. The inductor is provided with 15 feet long cable to connect to the power source.

:: Heating with very high temperature gradient, like when powder coated zone in the pipe is to be kept at room temperature with respect to the required preheat temperature in the weld zone, is also possible
